I enjoy many facets of the real estate industry, particularly negotiations in behalf of clients. I am a student of our local market and have almost three decades of experience to benefit my customers. The majority of my business comes from referrals (92%) from past clients and friends and my goal is to make sure my customers are well taken care of. And, I get many requests for referrals for my customers, which is another avenue I use to service my customers.
